Delete your Eurekar account

How to ask

1. Sign in below with the mobile number of the account you want deleted.
2. Tick the box, then press "Delete my account".
3. Your account stops working at once. Our team completes the deletion within 30 days and may call the number on the account first to confirm it was you.

If you have a finance application in progress, withdraw it first under My account → Applications. Once a contract is signed the application can no longer be withdrawn, and the account can be deleted after the car is delivered and the transfer is closed. We cannot take a deletion request while an application is with us or with a finance provider. If a buyer is holding one of your cars with a reservation, the request waits until that reservation ends, within a few days, or the sale is completed.

What is deleted

Your name and mobile number, your profile (nationality, date of birth, employer, Civil ID number), the documents in your wallet, finance applications you never sent, your favourites, saved searches, notifications and enquiries to sellers. Cars you listed are taken off the market. Your phone stops receiving notifications immediately.

What we must keep, and for how long

Finance applications that were sent to a provider or decided, the documents attached to them, signed contracts, payment and invoice records, and the audit trail. Finance and commercial regulations in the State of Kuwait require these records to be kept, typically for five years after the transaction; they stay encrypted, are no longer linked to a working account, and are deleted when that period ends. Rental agreements are kept on the same basis.
