Privacy policy
What we collect
Your mobile number, to sign you in. Your profile: name, nationality, date of birth, employer and work sector, and Civil ID number, when you apply for finance. Financial details you give us for an application: salary, allowances, other income, existing monthly obligations and card limits. Documents you upload: Civil ID, salary certificate, bank statements and similar, by camera, photo library or file. What you do on Eurekar: searches, favourites, saved searches, messages to sellers, reservations, payments and applications. Technical data: language, device type and an anonymous visit identifier used to measure which steps people complete. It contains no personal details.
How we use it
To show cars and monthly figures that match your budget, to check eligibility and explain the result, to prepare a finance application and send it to the providers you choose, to prepare the contract, to process payments, and to tell you when something changes. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Finance providers, only the ones you consent to by name, and only for the application you consented for. Nothing is sent to a provider you have not approved. The seller or dealer of a car, when you ask a question, make an offer or book a viewing: your name and your message. The payment company, when you pay: the amount and a reference. Your card details are entered on the payment company's own page and never reach Eurekar. Authorities, when the law of the State of Kuwait requires it.
How we protect it
Salary, obligations, identity numbers and documents are encrypted where they are stored. Staff can open them only with a stated reason, and every such read is recorded with who, when and why. They are never written to logs and never included in an SMS or a push notification. Provider users see only their own institution's applications.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open, and afterwards for the period that finance and commercial regulations in Kuwait require for application and contract records. Drafts you never submit can be deleted at any time.
Your choices
You can see and correct your profile and documents in your account, withdraw an application, and withdraw your consent for a provider before your data is sent. You can ask us to delete your account and the data we are not required by law to keep; contact us and we will confirm when it is done.
The mobile app
The app asks for the camera and your photo library only when you choose to capture or attach a document, and for notifications so we can tell you about your application. It does not read your contacts, location or other apps. What you viewed last is kept on the phone so it opens offline; salary, documents and identity details are never stored on the phone.
